BCC Books and Bagels

Join fellow BCC book lovers for our monthly book group meeting on Zoom to discuss Jewish fiction or non-fiction book selections, sometimes with LGBT content. Space is limited. Please contact Larry Nathenson for the Zoom link at [email protected] . The book for this month is The Wanderers: A Story of Exile, Survival and Unexpected Love in the Shadow of World War II by Daniela Gerson. This is the story of Polish Jews who escaped the Holocaust by fleeing to the Soviet Union, as investigated by their granddaughters, a lesbian couple in LA. The author spoke at BCC on October 18.
