CYBERCON: Blade Runner 2049

Denis Villeneuve reinvents the world of BLADE RUNNER as a dystopian wasteland thirty years after the events of the first film. Ryan Gosling stars as K, a new Blade Runner whose investigation plunges him into the depths of a crumbling society as he hunts the only man who can save us: Harrison Ford’s Rick Deckard. Thanks in part to the mind-blowing images created by cinematographer Roger Deakins, BLADE RUNNER 2049 defies every expectation for Hollywood sequels and offers an alternative: a staggering, cerebral, self-possessed work which stands alone in its accomplishments.
