Los Angeles Opera - Nabucco

Stars On Stage: Follow the titular King of Babylon, driven mad by his lust for power, in this career-making Grand opera from the pen of Verdi. Matched in its lofty subject matter, taken from the biblical books of Jeremiah and Daniel, by an exceptional score, this bloodthirsty and passion-filled story of the oppression of the Israelites and their fight for freedom is truly a transcendental experience rarely matched in the genre.
