OUTlet meets virtually/in person every Tuesday & Friday at 7:00pm-8:30pm. OUTlet is designed to offer a nurturing space haven for LGBTQIA2S+ young adults between the ages 18 to 26. Here, individuals can freely explore mental health concerns, cultivate enriching relationships, and gain personal insights. Through evidence based strategies and peer support, OUTlet aims to equip participants with sustainable coping skills for long-term mental health management.
