San Diego Squirrels Club (Adults with ADHD) Meet & Greet
The San Diego Squirrels Club, a social and support group run by and for adults with ADHD, will be meeting. This will be a casual and low-stress event with introductions, a simple group game for ADHD folks, but most of the gathering will simply be a chance to meet others who have gone though life with the same challenges and gifts that you possess. This event is free, and open to all adults with ADHD and our allies. The goal is to develop a well-connected community of adults with ADHD in the San Diego region.
