Topic: This conversation will provide a compassionate space to journey through the grieving process by integrating Catholic faith, emotional healing, and cultural traditions to remember and honor loved ones. Through reflection, prayer, and discussion, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how grief is a response to a loss that can be caused by different things, like the death of a loved one, losing a relationship, or going through major life changes.
