Do-It-Yourself Sustainability Toolkit Program Helping Unincorporated Residents Save Energy & Water! The County of San Diego's Climate Action Plan (CAP) Team is excited to offer residents of unincorporated San Diego County the chance to borrow Do-It-Yourself Toolkits at no cost to save energy and water at home. Participants will also receive giveaway items to keep, including LED lightbulbs, a low-flow showerhead, weatherstripping, and more!
