Bay to Breakers urban walk

6 1/2 miles, 2 1/2 hours, 700 ft of uphill, 700 ft of downhill. This is an urban walk: mostly sidewalks. ***This is NOT a casual stroll: the walk includes some very steep hills, and we will be walking at a brisk pace, about 3.2 mph.*** **Route:** We'll start at Bali Hai restaurant on Shelter island, walk over Pt. Loma to the ocean at Sunset Cliffs. Return to start via a different route.
