Tyler Brooks· Oct 3

Really looking forward to this Wednesday! Great to have spiritual community services in our area.

Adrian Flores· Oct 3

I'm glad there are places for faith-based community. We need more of this in San Marcos.

Chelsea Anderson· Oct 3

Why are we promoting religion in local events? This is supposed to be for EVERYONE, not just Christians.

Adrian Flores· Oct 3

It's an event at a campus, anyone can attend. Faith is part of community.

Chelsea Anderson· Oct 3

Don't patronize me. 'Anyone can attend' but you people know it's designed to convert. It's gross.

Raoul Gomez· Oct 3

Not everything religious is about conversion. Some of us just want community and reflection. You're being hostile.

Chelsea Anderson· Oct 3

Hostile? It's HOSTILE to push theology on a public calendar. If you want religion so badly, maybe YOU should move to a theocracy.

Miguel Flores· Oct 3

Honestly this is why religion divides communities. Can't we just have nice things without the culture war?

Adrian Flores· Oct 3

@miguelflores_sd Religion isn't the problem here—people attacking those of us with faith IS. Don't blame us for this hostility.

Javier Morales· Oct 3

Maybe both sides should dial it back? This is just an event announcement.

Chelsea Anderson· Oct 3

@javi.food.blog 'Both sides' is a cop-out. One side is trying to maintain secular spaces, the other is pushing doctrine. NOT THE SAME.

Adrian Flores· Oct 3

You people are exhausting. Faith has been central to human community for millennia. If you hate that, there are plenty of other cities.
