Saving and going
Save happenings to boards, say you're attending, and follow a happening to hear its news.
Saving to a board
Boards are lists you save happenings to, like "Date nights" or "Something chill".
-
Tap the bookmark on a card or on a happening's page.

-
Tick the boards you want. Saved is your default board.
- Tap Done.
Nothing is saved until you tap Done. To make a board, tap New board in the same list. To unsave something, tap the bookmark and untick every board.
Public or private: each board is one or the other, and you can switch any time. Public boards show on your profile's Boards tab to anyone who can see your profile. Private boards are marked with a lock and only you see them. Saved starts out public.
To rename, delete or change a board, open it from your profile and use the … menu. Saved can't be renamed or deleted.
Saying you're attending
Tap I'm attending on a happening's page. It's for one date, so a weekly market asks again each week. Tap it again to take it back.
What you're attending shows in My Happenings, on your profile as Going (then Went), and in the happening's going count. Who can see it follows your account: anyone for a public account, approved followers for a private one.
Plans that friends make for friends or an invite list ask Yes, Maybe or No instead. See Groups and chat.
Following a happening
Tap Follow on a happening to hear its news in Activity and by email:
- if it's cancelled, moved, or the time or place changes
- updates from the host
- new comments and photos
- friends going
- a reminder about a day before
Saying you're attending follows it too. You can unfollow and still be attending. Nobody is told you followed. See Alerts and emails.
Adding to your calendar
On a happening's page, tap Add to calendar. On the website, this downloads a calendar file or opens Google Calendar.
