Getting paid
Set up payouts so money from your ticket sales reaches your bank account.
When you sell paid tickets, the money goes to your bank account. You set this up once.
Setting up payouts
- Go to Settings → Payouts (in the app or at www.fig.social/settings/payouts).
-
Tap Set up payouts.

-
Enter your bank details and confirm who you are. Your bank and card details are stored securely and are never shown to anyone at Fig.
- When you're done, you come back to Payouts, which shows where things stand.
If you stopped partway, the button says Finish setting up payouts.
Running an organization? Switch to it first, so payouts go to the organization's account. See Business, nonprofit and organization pages.
What the status means
- Not set up: you haven't started.
- Not finished: a few details are still needed.
- Ready to sell; payouts pending: you can sell, and payouts start once everything is confirmed.
- Ready: you're all set.
Until you're ready to sell, you can still offer free tickets.
Your money
Money from each ticket is passed on to your account, and then paid out to your bank. Fig's fee is 7%, or 6% for verified nonprofits, with card processing included. You decide for each ticket whether you or the buyer pays it: see Selling tickets.
Once you're set up, Payouts and bank details in Settings → Payouts opens your payout dashboard, where you can see payouts and change your bank details.
Refunds
When a ticket is refunded, the buyer gets back everything they paid, and Fig's fee is taken back out of your balance.
Keeping track
The Fig app for Mac shows your sales as they come in. See Fig for Mac.
